Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Back to top Shipping And HandlingFor coffee orders within mainland UK you can choose Royal Mail at with prices starting at £2.00, dependant on quantity, or Monday through to Thursday a next day courier service is available at £9.00. If you request a next day courier delivery then it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be signed for on receipt. Please note that Courier and Royal Mail Next Day Special Deliveries MUST be signed for. These items will not be left if no-one is at home. Returned goods will NOT be re-shipped without an additional carriage charge. Call us to discuss your requirements for large/bulk, trade and overseas orders. Orders received prior to 1200 noon will be dispatched that day, later orders will be dispatched the next working day. Back to top Returns PolicyWe wish you to be happy with your purchase from us, however should you wish to return items for any reason we request that you do so within 7 days of receipt, unless the item has been sent in error, is damaged or defective. We would request that unwanted coffee packs are returned to us unopened. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping). We will refund the purchase price of the unwanted items when they are returned to us. We recommend that you obtain confirmation of delivery when returning items. For items which are delivered in error, are damaged or defective please advise us by telephone as soon as the fault becomes apparent. We will be happy to replace the items free of charge, including the cost of returning the items to us. Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 as Amended 2005.
