Keep your Coffee in the freezer!

• It won't freeze solid......
• It will stay lovely and fresh.
• For ages and ages!

Add salt to your coffee!

• If you don't take sugar, do have the tiniest pinch of salt!
• Yes, salt! It will make your coffee smooth and bring out the flavour of the coffee! Lovely.

Count to 30 before making coffee!

• Count to 30 after the kettle has boiled before you pour water on your coffee.
• Boiling water burns coffee and can make it bitter!

A spoonful of coffee!

• 1 rounded dessertspoon of coffee per mug of water makes the perfect pot.

The darker the coffee bean...

• The darker the coffee bean the stronger the coffee!
• Don't be misled by 'coffee' companies that dye their coffee to be darker. The darker the natural bean the stronger the coffee it makes (as a rule of thumb!). Emperor Blend will curl your toes!
